He has been providing consultancy for more than 15 years on Counter-Terrorism/Counter-Intelligence Cyber-Terrorism, Counter Cyber-crime/Cyber Forensics, and Investigative strategies. He is an alumnus of Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya, Israel from where he did an M.A in Government with a specialization in Counterterrorism and Homeland Security. He did M. Sc. in Criminology, specializing in Counter Transnational Organized Crime from Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narayan National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science, Central Police Organization, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. He was involved with International Institute for Counterterrorism, Israel, working on the Modelling of Cyber Terrorism (Terrorism, Transnational Organized Crime & Hacker involvement), Financing of Terrorists/Jihadists, and other related issues. He has been trained under various units of Indian Government Agencies like the National Crime Record Bureau, Economic Offence Wing, Central Forensic Science Laboratory, and Central Bureau of Investigation, and has worked with Economic Offence Wing, Delhi while doing his specialization work on - Cyber Crime in an organized form. He has designed and researched the Security Strategies of Delhi Metro Railway Corporation during his training days. He also went under training at the Anti-Piracy Wing of the Indian Music Industry to unearth the entire chain of fabrication under the Intellectual Property Right Act. He has also been an active Speaker both at National and International Conferences/Workshops.

Eyal Pinko (Navy Commander, retired) served in the Israeli navy for 23 years, in operational, technological, and intelligence duties.

He served for five more years as the head of the operational-intelligence division at the prime minister’s office (Civilian rank equal to Rear Admiral). He is a graduate of the national senior intelligence course and other intelligence training courses.

He holds Israel's security award, prime minister's decoration of excellence, DDR&D decoration of distinction, and IDF commander in the chief decoration of excellence.

Eyal was a senior consultant at the Israeli National Cyber Directorate for over two years.

Eyal had been a keynote speaker at cyber and strategy conferences, a senior researcher in several worldwide think tanks, and published more than 200 articles in English and Hebrew.

Eyal holds a bachelor's degree with honors in electronics engineering and three master's degrees with honors in political science, public administration, and organizational development.

Eyal holds a Ph.D. degree from Bar-Ilan University (defense and security studies), and he is the head of the cyber and intelligence program for a master's degree.

Mr. Szymanski has 48 years of experience in space warfare policy, doctrine, strategy, tactics, simulations, resilience,

threat assessment, long-range strategic planning, and battle management. In addition, he has broad applicability,

having supported multiple United States military services (Air Force, USSF, Army, Navy, Marines, NATO), civilian agencies (NASA, DARPA, FEMA), and the Pentagon (Secretary of the Air Force) to systems development (Space and Missile Systems Center SMC/ASP/XRJ), technology development (Air Force Research Lab AFRL/RD/RV/RI/RH) to operational field test (China Lake Naval Test Center). This gives him a unique perspective in understanding divergent issues associated with the range of DOD procurement processes.

Ms. Baker-Garcia has been working with U.S. government agencies and global counterparts since 2008 to develop and implement security-focused national frameworks and related programming. Specifically, she has supported and coordinated U.S. and international chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) nonproliferation and counter-WMD (C-WMD) efforts. With both public and private sector experience, Shawn understands how a diversity of stakeholders, united in purpose, can and must be allowed to focus and integrate efforts to address multidisciplinary aspects of modern, urgent, and complex security challenges. In her newest capacity as CEO of Coalescion – a U.S. - based nonprofit organization that is dedicated to strengthening global security, Ms. Baker-Garcia is pursuing her vision to provide global master security practitioners and citizens with essential and contemporarily relevant communication, coordination, policy, and program design, and international engagement strategies through education and advocacy.

Cynthia Farahat is an Egyptian-American author, columnist, political analyst, counterterrorism expert, and fellow at the Middle East Forum. She co-founded the Liberal Egyptian Party in Egypt, which advocated for peace with Israel, capitalism, and the separation of mosque and state. She studied Islamic jurisprudence for more than twenty years and co-authored Desecration of A Heavenly Religion, which was officially banned by Al-Azhar University in Cairo in 2008 for its criticism of Egypt’s blasphemy law. Recently, she published a book that focuses on the Muslim Brotherhood’s “Secret Apparatus” a clandestine incubator for Islamic terrorism, and it exports its “industry of death” to destroy the world through infiltration, disinformation, and jihad. Farahat landed on an al-Qaeda-affiliated group’s hit list and was officially banned from entering Lebanon for her work fostering regional peace. For almost a decade, she received daily death threats from Islamists. After her brother was tortured, her friend was murdered, and Islamists tried to assassinate her, Farahat immigrated to the United States.

Farahat has testified before the U.S. House of Representatives, briefed more than two hundred congressional offices, and advised intelligence and law enforcement agencies. She received the Speaker of Truth Award from the Endowment for Middle East Truth and the Profile in Courage Award from ACT for America. Her writing has been published in many national and international outlets, and her work has been translated into more than fifteen languages.

Mr. Nidal Abu Sammour joined Coalescion as Global Security Engagement Lead mid 2022 supporting border security, CBRN and WMD projects in the MENA region mainly and globally, he is a non-proliferation professional with over a decade of experience implementing CBRNE- related USG programs in the MENA region, high-risk countries. With extensive experience in program management, project management and operations, Nidal managed numerous projects focusing on building USG partners capacities to counter proliferation of WMDs and dual-use commodities by establishing and improving in-country systems and regulations and developing organizational and individual capacities.

Before Joining Coalescion, Nidal worked as independent SME for about two years supporting the U.S. DOS Export Control and Border Security Program in the MENA region through its implementer The Critical Mass, and prior to that he served as a program manager at CRDF Global, exclusively managing border security related programs and projects for the U.S. Department of State Export Control and Border Security (EXBS) Program in the MENA region. Prior to that, Nidal served as a project Manager and a senior project manager, where he managed chemical security related projects for the Chemical Security Program (CSP), Office of Corporate Threat Reduction (CTR) for around seven years in the MENA region, with more focus on Iraq, Yemen, Libya, and Jordan. These projects varied between grants, workshops, conferences, and technical/field trainings for a diverse audience from public and private sectors.

Nidal holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Mustansiriyah University, Baghdad, Iraq, and have substantial experience in logistics and administrative support.

Noor Dahri is the Founder and Executive Director of Islamic Theology of Counter Terrorism- ITCT, a UK-based Counter Islamist Terrorism Think Tank. Noor Dahri has also worked with the London Police department for the last seven years. He is an independent researcher in Counter Islamist Terrorism and Radicalisation. He has authored and edited six books including this which were published in 2019 and 2022 and are available at amazon. He is also working on to publish two more books which will be available by the end of 2023.
